WARRANTY

All ERGO Air products are made in the USA to the highest standards. ERGO
Grips products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. At the discretion of the company,
ERGO Air will replace or repair any of our products should it fail to work due to normal
use. For assistance, please call Customer Service at 877-281- 3783. If the product was
purchased through a Distributor or Dealer, please handle the return of the product through
them. The Warranty is VOID if the product has been modified in any manner or used in such
a manner other than its intended use.

SHIPPING POLICY

Within the Contiguous United States*, all orders under 150 USD are charged a 9 USD
flat shipping rate. ERGO Air will use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to fulfill the
shipments. ERGO Air reserves the right to use any alternate means of shipping
necessary to achieve a timely delivery to our customers. If alternate means of shipping are
necessary, the customer only pays the 9 USD flat rate. For orders over 150 USD within the
contiguous United States, free shipping applies. USPS will be utilized to fulfill most
shipments. ERGO Air reserves the right to use any alternate means of shipping
necessary to achieve a timely delivery to our customers. For shipments outside the
contiguous United States, ERGO Air will use USPS for most shipments. The customer
will be charged a shipping fee. In cases where ERGO Air cannot use USPS, the best
alternative will be selected. The customer will be charged this shipping fee.

*Contiguous United States - The Contiguous United States does not include Alaska,
Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States.

RETURN POLICY

All ERGO Air products are made in the USA to the highest standards. ERGO
Grips products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. To return an
UNUSED/UNMODIFIED product, please call Customer Service at 877-281- 3783 to receive
a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. If the product was purchased through a
Distributor or Dealer, please handle the return of the product through them. If purchased
